27 - 31 Jan 20       This year's DIY project - installing stairs at my niece's house.

Assembling the main part.

Opening up the ceiling, part 1.

Part 2 removed.

Joist removed.  When the house was built this was designed to be
removed in anticipation of the stairs being fitted at a later date.

Newel post in place and stairs in position.

Winder completed, stairs raised while the upper newel post fitted.

The lower section.

Finished, for now.
